If you are getting : Outlook Error Number: 0×800CCC67 then follow the steps  :

Goto Outlook Express –>> Tools–>>Account.

Select the “email address” and then go to “Sever tab”

and then select the option :

“My Server Requires Authentication”  and then Click on “Settings”

and under the “Logon Information” tab select

“Use same settings as my incoming mail server”
