If you have deleted a FTP account and it’s still apearing on the CPanel–>>FTP Accounts, then follow the below steps :
root@server[#] cd /etc/vftp/root@server[#] vi username
then just remove the entry from the file for the FTP account that you want to delete.
:wq!
That’s all this will do it.
